Ushers serve the worshiping community in important ways.  They seat latecomers, take up the collection and assist those going to communion.  They also come to the aid of those who become ill in church.  If a person needs medical assistance, the usher calls for an ambulance.  They also distribute the Sunday bulletin, answer questionss and direct people as needed.  If you are interested in becoming an usher, please call the parish office.

Adults volunteer to prepare the altar for Sunday Masses.  They set up the gifts for the Offertory Procession and prepare the altar area by setting up microphones, the chalice and communion cups.  They turn on lights and in general assist the priest in preparing for Mass.  They also put items away after Mass has ended.  If you are interested in volunteering, please call the parish office.

Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist revere the real presence of Christ in the Eucharist.  They bring Christ to others during Mass at communion time so that others may share in the One Bread and the One Cup.  They also visit the sick and homebound so that they too may receive the Eucharist.  If you are interested in volunteering, please call the parish office.
